A private Santorini airport transfer costs from €30 to Fira and €40 to Oia, for the whole car with VAT, the same price day and night. The driver follows your flight, waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free.

How it works
Every airport transfer we run is private. One car for your party, one fixed price for the whole car with VAT included, no meter and no night rate. The price the widget shows is the price you pay, at noon or after midnight.
Book online with your flight number and the pickup time takes care of itself. The driver checks the flight before setting off, so an early landing or a two-hour delay changes nothing on your side. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after the wheels touch down, enough for passport control and the baggage belt on a busy afternoon. In the hall the driver stands at the exit from the baggage area with your name on a sign, and the car is parked a short walk away.
The drive is uphill from the first minute. The airport sits on the east coast near Monolithos; Fira is across the middle of the island, Oia is at the far end of the caldera road, and Kamari and Perissa lie along the same coast as the runway. In Oia, Imerovigli, Firostefani and the pedestrian parts of Fira the car stops at the closest point the road allows and the driver carries the bags to hotels within a short walk. Tell us the hotel name and the driver already knows where to stop.
For the flight home, give us the departure time and we set the pickup with the drive and your airline's check-in time in mind. Add the return leg in the same booking and both legs sit on one confirmation.
Every car has air conditioning, bottled water and phone chargers, and some have Wi-Fi. Child seats are fitted on request, a folding wheelchair travels in the boot at no charge, and pets travel when you mention them at booking. Where the driver waits
Santorini Airport has one terminal and one exit from the baggage area into the arrivals hall. The driver stands facing that exit with the name from your booking on a sign. If two flights land together the hall gets crowded; look for the sign, not for a uniform. The car is parked a short walk from the doors, so the bags go straight into the boot.

Transfers back to the airport
Give us the departure time and we set the pickup. The drive from Fira takes about 5 minutes and from Oia about 20, and on top of that comes the check-in time your airline asks for. In July and August the caldera road is slow in the late afternoon, so an evening flight from Oia deserves more margin. The driver drops you at the departures entrance.
Add the return leg in the same booking. Both legs sit on one confirmation and one receipt, and the second leg can be changed later from the manage link.
Which car for which group
The saloon takes up to 4 passengers and is the price shown first, €40 to Oia. From the fifth passenger the van takes over, up to 8 people with a proper luggage bay, €55 to Oia. Groups of 9 to 20 travel together in the minibus, €85 to Oia, and a higher-class saloon or van is available for up to 7. Child seats for infants, toddlers and older children are fitted before the driver sets off, so ask for them when you book.

Questions
Is the airport transfer price per person or per car?
Per car, VAT included. €30 to Fira or €40 to Oia covers everyone in the saloon, up to 4 passengers with their luggage. Larger groups pay one price for the van or the minibus, not a price per seat.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your side. Give us the flight number when you book and the driver checks it before setting off, so the pickup follows the real landing time. The first 60 minutes after landing are free, which covers a slow baggage belt.
Can I just take a taxi from the rank when I land?
You can try. The rank outside the terminal is small and empties in minutes when two flights land together, and in high season people wait a long time on the pavement. A booked transfer is confirmed in advance at a fixed price, and the driver is inside the hall with your name.
Do you meet flights landing late at night?
Yes, at the same price as a daytime pickup. We work 24 hours a day and there is no night surcharge. The buses stop in the evening and the rank is often empty after the last flights, so a booked car is the sensible way in after dark.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Online bookings need 12 hours' notice before the pickup and are confirmed instantly. For a pickup sooner than that, call or WhatsApp. In summer, book the van or the minibus as early as you can.
